"We are looking for the cuatomers who want to have a modern, responsive website and embed an interactive flipbook that will act as your business catalog. The flipbook must feel like a real magazine—pages should flip smoothly, rich media elements (video, links, zoom) should respond instantly, and the whole experience needs to run flawlessly on desktop and mobile.

Here’s what I have in mind:

• Website: Clean UI, fast load times, SEO-ready structure, and an admin area where I can update content without touching code. I’m flexible on the stack—WordPress, React, or another framework is fine as long as it’s future-proof and easy to maintain.

• Flipbook Catalog: This is the centerpiece. Interactive content is the priority, so please recommend (or build) a solution that lets visitors browse products, click through to detailed pages, and even download a PDF if they wish. I’ll supply the copy and product images; you set up the flipbook so I can edit or add pages later.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional website hosted on my domain.
2. Business-catalog flipbook integrated into the site.
3. Source files, documentation, and brief training on how to update both the site and the catalog.

Acceptance Criteria
• Page-load time under three seconds on GTmetrix.
• Flipbook works on current versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
• Admin credentials and all assets handed over at project close.
