"**Stealth Android GPS Tracker + Map Dashboard - ₹25,000 FIXED (1000 Devices)**

Tracks location every 15 mins, buffers offline, auto-syncs, restarts like WhatsApp. Web dashboard: device paths on Google Maps + geofence filter (lat/lng + radius + time → all phones in area). Manual install by me. **4 weeks max. Indian devs only.**

## Android App (Kotlin)
- FusedLocationClient: GPS every 15min (lat,lng,accuracy,battery,timestamp,device_id)
- **Stealth**: No icon, foreground service, boot receiver, WorkManager, ignore battery opt.
- Offline SQLite buffer → batch HTTPS sync when online
- Permissions: FINE_LOCATION, BACKGROUND_LOCATION, FOREGROUND_SERVICE
- Android 10+

**Deliverable**: APK + source

## Backend (Node.js + PostgreSQL/PostGIS)
