"I am building a low-budget, yet feature-rich multi-vendor marketplace in Laravel where both buyers and sellers interact through a bidding process. I already have a written requirements document that outlines user registration, vendor profiles, product listings, real-time bidding, payment integration, and an admin back-office; I will share it as soon as we agree on scope. Minor tweaks may surface as the build progresses.

Here is what I need from you now:
• A clear fixed-price offer and realistic timeframe for the full website build.
• Clean, well-commented Laravel code that can later be extended into iOS and Android companion apps.
• A modular approach (services, repositories, REST/JSON API layer) so the future mobile apps can plug in without refactoring.

Once the web platform is live and stable, I plan to engage the same developer for those native apps and for ongoing enhancements, so think of this as the first step in a longer collaboration.
