"I’m building a secure, privacy-first mental-health support platform inspired by BetterHelp and want an experienced partner to take it from concept to launch. The very first release must be fully functional in English, yet coded so additional languages can be rolled in without refactoring.

Core experience

The product centres on live, one-to-one HD video therapy sessions, real-time messaging/chat, and a completely automated appointment-scheduling flow that keeps therapists’ calendars and client reminders in sync. I also need an AI layer that can surface self-help resources, suggest next-step actions, and flag potential crises for clinical review—all while keeping user data encrypted at rest and in transit.

Technical expectations

Please architect for scale (micro-services or modular monolith is fine as long as growth is painless), use industry-standard security practices, and integrate HIPAA-compliant video and chat SDKs. A responsive web app is the priority, though laying the groundwork for companion mobile apps will be helpful. Admin and therapist dashboards, analytics hooks, and straightforward content-translation files should be baked in from day one.
