"I need a clean, fully-functional PHPfox installation focused on social networking. Once the core script is in place, the site must support three essentials: private messaging, a friend/connection model, and a real-time activity feed. Out of the box user management is fine—just a standard “user” account plus an “admin” account with full control.

Deliverables
• Install the latest stable PHPfox/hosted version (credentials ready as soon as we begin).
• Configure and test messaging, friend/connection, and activity feed modules so they work smoothly together.
• Set up basic user and admin roles and verify permissions.
• Apply a responsive default theme and confirm the site looks correct on mobile and desktop.
• Provide a short hand-over guide outlining any custom settings or modules you touched and how to maintain them.
