"My existing Flutter-based money transfer and bill-recharge application now needs full UPI capability. The goal is to let users:

• Send money using a UPI ID or QR
• Receive money through dynamic or static UPI requests
• Check their linked bank-account balance in-app

The current codebase is clean and fully documented; you’ll find separate modules for wallet, recharge, and KYC already in place. Your job is to create a new UPI module, wire it to the existing authentication flow, and expose the three functions above through a simple, responsive UI that matches the app’s style.

I haven’t committed to a particular PSP (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), so I’m open to whichever certified SDK or API you recommend, provided it passes NPCI compliance and can go live on both Android and iOS from the same Flutter code. Security (checksum, token handling, 2-FA prompts) and graceful error states are mandatory.

Deliverables will be:

• Plug-and-play UPI service integrated into the current Flutter project
• Updated UI screens and routing for Send, Receive, and Balance Check
• End-to-end test cases plus a brief setup/readme so my dev team can reproduce builds
• Confirmation of successful sandbox and production transactions
