This will be locally hosted (will run on emulator so no hosting needed) and I can not change anything about this

Develop a .NET MAUI mobile application for a small coffee shop. The app will allow staff to take customer orders using mobile devices. Once an order is completed, the user will select the "Check Out" option, which will generate an order number along with the order details.

The stored order information should include:

Date and time of the order

Customer name

Customer telephone number

All order data should be saved to a file. Additionally, the app must include a daily order history feature, displaying all orders placed on the current date.


Main Features
You are expected to create a multi-screen ordering system with the following functionality:
1. Menu Navigation
• The main screen should present the shop's menu categories:

o Hot Drinks
o Cold Drinks
o Food

• Selecting a category should navigate to a screen listing the available items in that section.

2. Item Selection
• Users should be able to:
o Select one or more items from each menu screen.
o Specify quantities for each item (e.g., 2 coffees, 1water).
3. Checkout
• After selecting items, the user proceeds to a checkout screen.
• This screen should:
o Display a summary of the order
o Prompt the user for their name and telephone number
o Generate a unique order number
o Save the order details to a file
4. Daily Order History
• The app must display a list of all orders placed on the current date
• At a minimum, this list should show:
o The customer's name
o The order summary or receipt


Your solution must implement the MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) pattern to ensure code
maintainability and separation of concerns(No compromie on this)
