"I need an ASP.NET MVC framework 4.7.2 application that connects to Entra for Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML. The web app will be hosted on my side.

Key requirements:
- User authentication functionality.
- Define user roles and permissions for the setup in Entra.
- Define how to set this up in a regular Azure Entra setup so I can test with it.

The ideal candidate should have:
