I need a Minimum Viable Product web application built in PHP with a MySQL database.

Overview:
The app should have a simple front-end website where users can register, log in, and subscribe (free trial + paid plan via Stripe/PayPal). Once logged in, users can submit information that will be verified against multiple external services via API integrations. The system should securely store users, subscription data, and verification results.

Requirements:
