"I need an experienced full-stack developer to integrate our existing Python-based firmware and Flask endpoints with a touchscreen UI built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The goal is to create a robust, production-ready application stack.

Key tasks include:
- Integrating and optimizing the current HTML/CSS/JavaScript UI.
- Ensuring smooth communication between the UI and hardware control functions.
- Structuring the application for maintainability, scalability, and performance.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Flask and Python
- Strong background in HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Experience in optimizing UI-hardware communication
- Ability to structure applications for performance and scalability

You will have full access to the existing codebase, development documentation, (no hardware due to the timeline). Our team uses VS Code as the development environment.

There is a deadline. It must be mainly ready by September 1st.
