We have prepared 2 templates (attached) -

1. AI Assessment Readiness tool: This tool has to be validated if all the connecting cells are interlinked and the desired data reflects as planned. So you will have to key in data for 3 different scenarios, do a desktop capture to ensure this is validated per the needs of the sheet. If not, then the requisite changes/edits need to be done. This will mark completion of task 1.

2. ROI Template - The template has been created to identify if the AI implementation project makes financial sense to deploy. The first tab is to capture the existing process of a manufacturing as well as a service industry organization. Then the 2nd tab is to capture the "to be" process. This process highlights the operational expenses gain. Which there should be cost saves by deploying the suggested/changed process. The "to be" process will work only it the AI solution is deployed. That solution is the outcome of AI development work. This is the CAPEX. So the capex need to be written off over months-years to recover. This template is for the organization to decide whether we will make a savings from the existing cost and boost profitability. The 3 tabs need to be connected.
