"About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Architect & Full-Stack Webmaster with strong experience in AI-driven automation, data architecture, and modern web technologies. This hybrid role blends data strategy, full-stack development, AI-powered system integration, and platform optimization to drive user satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth.

You will take ownership of our WordPress-based platform while using AI tools and workflows to streamline internal processes, enhance decision-making, and deliver exceptional digital experiences to over 5,000 annual users.

Key Responsibilities
Data Architecture & Analytics
Design and manage robust, scalable data architecture to support real-time analytics, performance monitoring, and decision-making.
Track and analyze KPIs (engagement, retention, satisfaction, financials) to provide strategic insights.
Lead testing strategies (A/B testing, experiments) and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Build automated dashboards and reports using AI-powered analytics tools.
AI & Automation Integration
Implement AI and automation tools (e.g. n8n, ChatGPT, Zapier, [login to view URL], or custom LLM-based solutions) to optimize internal workflows and external user interactions.
Build and maintain intelligent bots or assistants to handle repetitive tasks, data processing, or customer support scenarios.
Stay up-to-date with AI advancements and apply relevant innovations to improve performance and scalability.
Integrate AI tools for tasks such as content generation, anomaly detection, personalization, and sentiment analysis.
Web Platform Development & Maintenance
Maintain, optimize, and scale our WordPress platform (Beaver Builder, LearnDash, MemberPress).
Oversee front-end and back-end development, ensure responsive UX/UI, accessibility, and speed performance.
Customize plugins, manage WordPress databases, and troubleshoot platform issues efficiently.
System Reliability, Security & Infrastructure
Monitor and ensure site reliability, performance, and security using tools like Cloudflare, SSL, and uptime monitors.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies and backup protocols.
Proactively identify vulnerabilities and implement risk mitigation solutions.
Tool Management & Integrations
Manage integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Vimeo, Drip) and ensure seamless operation and data flow.
Create and maintain internal APIs and workflows that support automation and business logic.
Collaboration & Strategic Support
Work cross-functionally with content creators, educators, and stakeholders to align technical implementation with business goals.
Support the design and delivery of engaging, AI-enhanced educational content or member experiences.
Contribute to strategy sessions, sprint planning, and product innovation with a forward-thinking, automation-first mindset.
Requirements
Technical Skills
5+ years of experience in full-stack development, data architecture, and systems integration.
Expert-level proficiency in WordPress (themes, plugins, custom development, database architecture).
Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL/MySQL.
Solid experience with AI tools, APIs, and workflow automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, Make, OpenAI API).
Comfortable working with REST APIs, server environments, and deployment workflows.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and visualization platforms (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with performance monitoring, security protocols, and data compliance (e.g., GDPR).
Soft Skills & Mindset
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a passion for AI innovation and automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
