Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Mobile & Web Developer (Full Stack) to help bring our mental wellness vision to life. The project involves building an MVP for an inclusive mental health platform with AI integration, multilingual support, and engaging wellness tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a cross-platform mobile app (Android & iOS) using Flutter.
Build a secure backend with APIs (Node.js, MongoDB) for smooth app functioning.
Integrate an AI-powered wellness chat assistant (OpenAI / similar).
Implement features like mood tracking, emotional journaling (text + voice), anonymous confession wall, and peer listener chat.
Add multilingual support (Hindi & English for MVP phase).
Integrate SOS & emergency help features.
Ensure data security, privacy compliance, and responsive performance.
Conduct testing, bug fixing, and prepare the app for pilot launch.

Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Flutter for mobile app development (Android & iOS).
Strong knowledge of Node.js (Express) and MongoDB for backend development.
Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, or similar).
Familiarity with AWS hosting, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and S3 storage.
Good understanding of security best practices (JWT auth, encryption, HTTPS).
Prior experience in developing social/chat-based apps is a plus.
Ability to work within timelines and deliver a high-quality, user-friendly product.
