"We’re looking for talented full-stack developers (or a small specialist team) to build a production-ready, scalable web app hosted on Railway and Vercel, with Supabase for the database.

Scope of Work

Architecture & Infrastructure

Use Railway for backend API hosting.

Use Vercel for frontend hosting (global CDN, optimized for Saudi access).

Use Supabase PostgreSQL (managed DB with backups and auth if needed).

Secure all environment variables via Railway & Vercel env settings.

Core Features

Responsive Landing Page — Arabic & English (RTL for Arabic).

User Portal — OTP login via phone, search & reserve parking, online payments, receipts.

Partner Portal — manage lots, pricing, reports.

Admin Portal — manage users, partners, payments, IoT devices.

Real-Time Parking Map — live slot availability & pricing.

Payments Integration — MADA, STC Pay, Stripe.

IoT Gate & LPR Integration (Mock + Real) — handle entry/exit events.

Dynamic Pricing Engine — rule-based pricing + placeholder for AI forecast.

Reporting & Invoicing — CSV/PDF exports, ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing.

Technical Requirements

Frontend: React (Vite + TailwindCSS), responsive design.

Database: Supabase PostgreSQL (with daily backups).

Security: JWT auth, HTTPS, Helmet/CORS, rate limiting.

Multi-language: Arabic RTL & English toggle.

Scalability: Architecture must support adding more cities & gates.

Qualifications

Proven experience building full-stack, production web platforms.

Strong skills in React, Vite, TailwindCSS, and either [login to view URL] or FastAPI.

Experience with payment gateway integrations (MADA, STC Pay, Stripe).

Familiarity with IoT device API integration.

Knowledge of web security best practices.

Experience with multi-language and RTL design.

Nice to Have

Experience with AI/ML pricing or forecasting models.

Familiarity with Saudi Arabian digital payment regulations.

Arabic localization experience.
