"I already have a complete set of Figma screens approved by stakeholders and now need them turned into a production-ready mobile application for both iOS and Android. The app itself doesn’t fall neatly into the usual e-commerce, social, or productivity buckets—it’s a custom concept—so I’m counting on you to stay flexible as requirements evolve.

Here is what I know I’ll need right away:
• Pixel-perfect implementation of the current Figma flows, with the freedom to add or retire screens if user testing demands it.
• A robust backend that handles user authentication and secure data storage from day one, plus the capacity to bolt on additional modules (for example, payment processing or real-time messaging) without major rework.
• Clean, well-documented code on both the client side (Swift / Kotlin or React Native / Flutter—open to your recommendation) and server side (Node.js, Django, Firebase, or another stack you’re comfortable scaling).
• Staging, TestFlight/Play Console builds, and a clear hand-off that lets my QA team verify every milestone before we move forward.
