"I need a very good WPF programmer, in expert level, to assist me in improving an existing WPF professional Windows app that can run on Windows 7, 10 and 11( .Net Framework 4.8). Is just the Client front-end App. No need to work on databese or backend, that already exist and working. I will provide screenshots and all the details needed. This WPF code project produced cannot have any web code inside it, like html or javascript or css. All used external components must be embebed inside project, like a local DLL or other. The WebView can only be used to play streams, if no other compatible player is found. The Application WPF must be standalone, must work offline without internet, just using the nearby and in same local network the web server with the endpoints and database. If web server is not avialable it must work anyway, maybe with a SQLLite database inside of it or other options.
Use MVVM patttern as much as possible( like [login to view URL] or other)

The map must be made using a library close to leaflet javascript library( you can use [login to view URL] (MIT)).
Please dont use LibVLCSharp to play strams since is payed library.
Include dark mode button option on top right of the main page dashboard.
This App must work with Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11, so use .Net Framework 4.6.
Dont use any external payed library! like Prism or Syncfusion to this. Need to integrate some equipments API, like cameras, meteo stations etc.
