Key Responsibilities:
- Team Coordination and Leadership: Facilitate seamless collaboration among a diverse group of developers, including front-end specialists, back-end engineers, UI/UX designers, and quality assurance testers. This includes organizing regular stand-up meetings, resolving inter-team conflicts, and fostering a positive, productive team culture that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Project Monitoring and Timeline Management: Diligently track the progress of multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing tools to identify potential bottlenecks early. Ensure all milestones are met on schedule by implementing agile methodologies, conducting risk assessments, and adjusting plans as needed to accommodate changes in scope or resources.

- Quality Assurance Oversight: Collaborate with QA teams to enforce best practices in testing, bug tracking, and deployment processes. Ensure that all deliverables adhere to industry standards for security, performance, and scalability, particularly in marketing-focused apps where data privacy (e.g., GDPR compliance) is paramount.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven Track Record in Project Management: At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing complex web and mobile app development projects from inception to launch, preferably in marketing or service-oriented industries. Demonstrable success in handling projects with large budgets and teams of 5+ people.
- Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Exceptional skills in prioritizing tasks, managing competing deadlines, and maintaining meticulous documentation.
- Superior Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication (English), with the ability to articulate project updates clearly to diverse audiences. A background in facilitating workshops, negotiations, and conflict resolution will be highly valued.
- Technical Familiarity and Methodological Expertise: In-depth knowledge of agile, scrum, and waterfall methodologies, coupled with a solid understanding of development stacks relevant to web (HTML/CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and mobile (iOS/Android ecosystems). While not required to code, the ability to review technical specs and understand developer challenges is crucial.
- Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO optimization, or CRM integrations (e.g., GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce). Experience in the business coaching or home services sectors would be a significant advantage, including insights into user behavior analytics and conversion rate optimization.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Mindset: Strong aptitude for data-driven decision-making, with experience using metrics like KPIs, burn-down charts, and ROI calculations to guide project directions. Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or similar credentials is preferred but not mandatory.
- Adaptability to Remote and Hybrid Environments: Proven ability to manage distributed teams across time zones, leveraging collaboration tools like WhatsApp, Gmail, and GoogleMeets to maintain cohesion and productivity.
