We are now seeking a Business Developer who can acquire IT projects through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on closing deals and building strong client relationships.

Role Overview

This is a pure commission-based role — your income depends entirely on the deals you close, with no earnings cap. The more projects you bring in, the more you earn.

Your mission will be to identify project opportunities, prepare winning proposals, communicate with potential clients, and close deals for web development, SaaS, and mobile app projects.

Key Responsibilities

Search for and bid on website, SaaS, and mobile app projects across freelancing and B2B platforms.

Write custom, compelling proposals tailored to each client’s needs.

Communicate effectively to understand client requirements and pitch the right solution.

Negotiate budgets, timelines, and deliverables to secure projects.

Maintain client relationships for future business opportunities.

Stay updated on IT and software industry trends to spot new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in online bidding and project acquisition for IT/software companies.

Strong knowledge of web development, mobile app development, and SaaS applications.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and Clutch.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
