"We need to push new events, updated events, and deleted events from a mysqli database to Google Calendar, using Google's API.

This MUST be written in PHP and you must use the official Google SDK for PHP, called google/apiclient. This tutorial includes relevant information about setup: [login to view URL]

Project parameters:

- This project will become a module in a larger app. As for scope, it should should have a clear, simple way to receive variables and its responsibility ends when the data has been received and confirmed by Google. You do NOT need to worry about a query to get the data. We will do that, just give us a clear and easy way to feed the data into the SDK.

- The project must include a "persistent connection" using OAuth2, which means automatically refreshing access and refresh tokens without any (or _very_ rare) human intervention.

- The only HTML required is a very simple login form for starting the OAuth2 authentication, or to be used if the tokens expire. There is no need to style the form, we will handle that from here.

- You will not have access to our server, so the finished product will be a folder with code that includes any dependencies. We will upload it, integrate it with our existing app, and test it. If we are unable to do so and the problem is not in your code, we will provide you with server access under a new project, so do not include installation or troubleshooting in your bid.

- The project should include functions to add new events, modify existing events, and delete existing events. We do not need to create or delete calendars, add or remove users, or any other functions available through the API. I understand those functions will be available to us in the SDK but they do not need development in this project.

- Please let us know what you need for keys, tokens, etc., from Google.
