Overview
We are seeking an experienced development partner to rebuild our existing AWS-based transcription and meeting minutes generation system on Microsoft Azure.
The new system will leverage Azure OpenAI Service to deliver a high-performance, AI-powered web application.
This project involves end-to-end delivery, from Azure infrastructure design and construction to application development, AI integration, and optimization.

Functional Requirements
1. File Upload Function
Support multiple audio and video file formats.

Automatic processing after file upload.

2. Automatic AI Processing
Multilingual Transcription: Use Azure OpenAI Service (Whisper) for text transcription.

Speaker Identification: Separate and identify speakers automatically.

Content Generation: Automatically create:

Bullet-point summaries

Structured meeting minutes

Task lists

3. Editing & Management
Speaker name editing (manual corrections).

Real-time progress display from upload to processing completion.

Bulk download of generated content.

4. Multi-Tenant Security
Organization-based user management and data isolation.

Role-based access control (admin / general user).
