"I have a fully-functional website and now need it rebuilt as native mobile applications for both iOS and Android. The goal is a seamless, full-feature mirror of the current site’s experience, packaged as two separate native builds that feel fast, fluid and completely platform-appropriate.

Core scope
The entire front-end and all live functionality already exist on the site, so the task is primarily about translating that into Swift/Objective-C for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android, wiring the same APIs, and ensuring the UI meets Apple Human Interface and Google Material guidelines. No extra features are required beyond what the website already provides; it simply needs to behave and look right on touch devices, handle offline states gracefully, and maintain user sessions.

Deliverables
• Xcode and Android Studio source projects, cleanly organised and well-commented
• App Store ready .ipa build and Play Store ready .aab / .apk build
• Documentation covering build steps, third-party libraries used and any configuration variables
• Post-handover support for initial store submission issues (if they arise)
