"I’m migrating [login to view URL] into my Webflow Workspace, replicating every pixel of the current design while pushing performance—especially page-load speed—to a new level. Native Webflow Designer elements and Interactions should cover the bulk of the build; reserve GSAP for the few sections where richer motion is essential.

Key objectives
• Preserve the existing visual design exactly; users shouldn’t notice the move.
• Achieve noticeably faster loading times through clean structure, compressed assets, and prudent use of animations.
• Optimise responsiveness at tablet and mobile breakpoints and meet WCAG-AA accessibility standards.

Scope of work
– Recreate all pages, cms collections, and interactions in Webflow.
– Integrate analytics, forms/CRM connections, and on-page SEO utilities (meta tags, structured data, canonical links).
– Build a reusable component library and provide concise documentation so future updates remain code-free.
– Deliver the project inside my Webflow Workspace with clear handoff notes.

Acceptance criteria
1. Lighthouse performance score improves over the current live site.
2. Visual regression checks pass at all common breakpoints.
3. No console errors; all forms route correctly to the CRM.
4. Component library and handover docs are supplied in an editable Notion or Google Doc.
