"# **UI Specification: Mavy – Healthcare Service Booking (User Side)**

### **Overview:**

This feature allows general users (patients / attendants) to book **doorstep services** such as:

1. Medical Equipment Service (Repairs, Installation, Maintenance)
2. Physiotherapy Booking
3. Nursing Booking (Home Care)

Users should be able to:

* Search and book verified professionals.
* Compare prices (if multiple providers bid).
* Rate services and providers.
* Track booking status and history.

### **UI Flow & Screens**

#### **1. Home Screen (User Dashboard)**

* Top bar with Mavy logo and search bar.
* Service Categories displayed in card-based layout:

* Medical Equipment Service
* Physiotherapist
* Nursing (Home Care)
* Each category card leads to the booking screen.
* Quick Access Buttons: My Bookings | Wallet/Payments | Profile | Help

#### **2. Service Selection Screen**

* Filters & Sorting:

* Location / Distance
* Price (Low to High)
* Ratings (High to Low)
* Availability (Today / Tomorrow / Custom Date)
* Provider Cards should display:

* Profile picture / logo
* Name and Specialization (example: “Rahul – Biomedical Engineer”)
* Years of experience
* Average User Rating
* Number of reviews
* Starting Price / Hourly Price
* Approximate Location (distance from user)
* “View Profile” button

* Certifications (with verified badge if possible)

* User selects:

* Service type (repair, physiotherapy session, nursing hours, etc.)
* Date & Time
* Duration (if applicable)
* Location (with Google Maps API integration)
* Show Estimated Price (if bidding, allow multiple providers to bid).
* Payment Options:

* Online (UPI, Card, Wallet)
* Cash on Delivery (if enabled)
* Confirm Booking button

#### **5. My Bookings Screen**

* Ongoing Bookings: Show status (Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled).
* Past Bookings: Show provider name, date, payment summary, rating given.
* Option to Rebook quickly.

#### **6. Rating & Feedback Screen (Post-Service)**

* Users can rate both Provider and Service Quality separately:

* 1 to 5 rating
* Short feedback text box
* Provider also rates User (mutual rating system similar to Uber/UrbanClap).

* Push notifications for:

* Booking confirmed
* Provider on the way
* Payment received
* Service completed
* In-app chat between user and provider for clarifications.
