"Experienced PACS Developer Required | Prior PACS Projects Mandatory

Project Type: One-time project (with possibility for long-term support)
Expertise Needed: PACS Development, DICOM, Radiology Workflow, Medical Imaging Storage, Integration

Project Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced developer (or team) who has already developed a full PACS system in the past. This is not a learning project — we need someone who knows the full PACS ecosystem inside-out and can build and deploy a robust, secure, and scalable PACS solution.

Strict Requirements:

Proven experience in developing a PACS system

You must have successfully built a PACS system (standalone or integrated)

Portfolio or demo will be required

Hands-on expertise with DICOM standards

Handling of DICOM files, viewer integration, modality worklist, query/retrieve (C-FIND, C-MOVE)

Storage & Retrieval

Secure image archiving

Fast retrieval

Compression techniques (lossless/lossy)

Viewer Integration (Web Preferred)

Experience with web-based DICOM viewers (e.g., OHIF, CornerstoneJS, or custom viewers)

User Management & Roles

Radiologist, Technician, Admin roles

Audit logs, access controls

Integration Capability

HL7 (optional but preferred)

EMR/EHR interfacing

Deliverables:

Full PACS solution (backend + frontend)

Web-based viewer integration

Secure storage with backups

Admin dashboard for monitoring

Basic reporting & logging tools

Documentation and deployment guide
