"I need help fixing a bug in my Kotlin code that captures JPEG screenshots of my phone. The code uses MediaProjection and VirtualDisplay to mirror the screen into an ImageReader Surface. The issue occurs when the screen is static for a while, resulting in black screenshots being sent often.
