"Windows Crosshair Overlay - Lightweight, Click-Through

Goal -
Build a simple Windows app that shows a crisp crosshair at the exact screen center on top of games. Overlay only, no injection or hooking.

Scope -
Always-on-top transparent, click-through window
Crosshair styles: dot, cross, T, ring, chevron
Controls: size, thickness, color, opacity, center gap, optional outline/shadow
Hotkeys: toggle visibility, panic hide, rebindable
Profiles: save and load presets
Multi-monitor support, remembers last monitor
Handles alt-tab, resolution changes, per-monitor DPI
Low resource use, stable at 60+ fps
Windows 10 and 11

License and anti-sharing
Single user, single PC license
Activation binds to a hardware ID with one allowed transfer via deactivation
Lightweight online key check with offline grace period
Provide a simple admin tool or script to reset a license
Include a short EULA reflecting the above and no redistribution/resale
