"need a full-stack solution consisting of:
1. A Kotlin Android app (Jetpack Compose) for end-users.
2. A backend with an admin panel for employees to manage and monitor transactions.

App Features (User Side):
• Credit Card to Bank Transfer: Pay a person’s or vendor’s bank account directly using a credit card.
• Saved Accounts & Cards: Add/manage multiple credit cards and bank accounts securely.
• Transaction Flow: Select recipient → choose card → enter amount → show fees → confirm & process payment.
• Transaction History: Users can see past payments with details and fee breakdown.
• Security: PCI-DSS compliant flow, tokenized cards, encrypted local storage.

Payment Gateway Integration:
• Integration with Stripe, Razorpay, Cashfree, or PayU (depending on region).
• Must support tokenization, refunds, settlement, and fee management.
• Pre-transaction fee calculation before confirmation.

Backend Features (Admin/Employee Side):
• Web-based Admin Dashboard (React/[login to view URL] + Material UI or similar).
• Employee login with role-based access.
• View All Transactions: status, user, amount, fee, gateway response.
• Manual Approval/Decline (optional workflow for high-value transactions).
