"We’re building a ride-booking app (like Uber/Bolt) in Flutter with Firebase backend — and need help finalizing the real-time ride request/accept logic using Cloud Firestore, not WebSockets.

Tech Stack:
• Flutter (Driver & Rider modules)
• Firebase Auth (email, phone, Google)
• Firestore (replaces old WebSocket logic)
• Firebase Storage & Realtime Location
• Google Maps, Geocoding, Polyline

What’s Working:
• Auth & login via Firebase
• Rider can search, select pickup/dropoff, and confirm ride
• Driver app is connected and receiving location updates
• Firebase setup, theme, UI are all complete

What’s Missing (Your Task):
• When rider confirms a ride, create Firestore record
• Driver app should listen for nearby ride requests (using Firestore stream)
• On acceptance, update ride record and notify rider
• Manage basic ride status flow (pending, accepted, en_route, arrived, completed)
• Ensure Firebase sync and UI state are reliable for both sides

Ideal Candidate:
• Expert in Flutter + Firebase Firestore sync
• Has built or debugged real-time mobile logic (e.g., delivery or taxi apps)
• Understands Firestore stream listeners, presence logic, ride booking flows
• Can jump in and complete this within 3–5 days

Bonus:
• Experience with geolocation matching
• Familiar with Flutter animations, transitions, and Firestore query performance
