"Hello. I'm a mortgage loan officer who will be transitioning to a broker within the next year, and I'm looking for a professional to help me update my website. My current site, [login to view URL], has been up for five years and is built on Thrive Themes. My main goal is to migrate it to a clean Astra and Elementor setup, making it easy for me to manage. I need to be able to easily adjust my logo and bio, and I'd like to add a feature for clients to submit reviews. I also need to ensure my existing "Apply Now" and "Contact Us" links are easy to change in the future. In addition, I'd like to add a new section for Commercial loans, complete with its own page and an intake form, along with a simple way to upload recent "Closed loans" and scenarios for people to see.
