Project description:
"Hello. I'm a mortgage loan officer who will be transitioning to a broker within the next year, and I'm looking for a professional to help me update my website. My current site, [login to view URL], has been up for five years and is built on Thrive Themes. My main goal is to migrate it to a clean Astra and Elementor setup, making it easy for me to manage. I need to be able to easily adjust my logo and bio, and I'd like to add a feature for clients to submit reviews. I also need to ensure my existing "Apply Now" and "Contact Us" links are easy to change in the future. In addition, I'd like to add a new section for Commercial loans, complete with its own page and an intake form, along with a simple way to upload recent "Closed loans" and scenarios for people to see. Finally, a crucial part of the project is setting up a private, non-public subdomain for a collaborative pipeline tracker that my partner and I can use with separate logins from any device to follow deals from lead to funding—it’s not a full CRM, but a tailored solution for our workflow. My hope is that we can achieve all this while preserving or improving our SEO ranking and keeping the annual costs low, so the final site works professionally and loads very fast. Thank you for taking a look." (client-provided description)
