"I’m building a full-scale, Uber-style taxi solution that must launch simultaneously on iOS and Android. The system needs three distinct user flows—Passenger, Driver and Admin—and each must feel fast, modern and ready to grow without service hiccups.

Core experience
• Real-time GPS tracking so passengers can watch their ride approach and drivers can see turn-by-turn navigation.
• Secure in-app payments with stored cards, split fares and instant receipts.
• A mutual ratings & reviews loop that feeds into the matching logic.

Backend and scalability
The stack should be cloud-ready (AWS, GCP or Azure) and structured so I can scale from a local pilot to multiple cities without rewriting code. Think microservices or a clean REST/GraphQL API, geofencing, push notifications, background location services and a dashboard that lets my team manage vehicles, fares, promos and support tickets in real time.

2. Driver app (iOS & Android) with live trip management and earnings view
