"I need an internet filter and discipline app developed for both iOS and macOS platforms. The app should utilize a self-trained AI to monitor screen activity, blocking inappropriate or harmful content while promoting educational activities over mindless scrolling. I would like it to run on a VPN, so that I can configure any Apple device to route its activity through there and control it that way. Along with this, it needs to be configurable to send a notification to an accountability partner by email or even iMessage if possible, if the device VPN is ever turned off. It's supposed to be a little like NextDNS, but I want it to be entirely AI controlled. Nudity would always be blocked, with a dropdown to select what all counts as that category (whether to only block porn or anything that exposes the body like swimwear, and such). For the other 3 categories, there would be a selection of whether to "block" or "reduce screen time" or "allow". The block selection would obviously block all social media, but I would like the selection of "allow" for specific sites on that one. I do however, want the filter to scan both text and images, and filter all images coming to the device whether via web browsing or social media, and make sure there is no Nudity according to the settings set in that category. The filter should also save sites that are not likely to change so that they don't have to go through the filter and be scanned by the AI every time. If they are used frequently over a period of time, they would become a "Frequent" category and the filter would automatically scan those on it's own so I never have to wait on the filter. Sites highly subject to change, however, would always get filtered. From the discipline side, I would like the app to track mindless browsing time, and if the person goes over their allotted time, it would send them a notification with a motivational quote, and perhaps suggest either some exercise or education or something. Maybe the people could even type in their interests when setting up the app, and it would share fun facts about those things to get them interested in learning about it.
