"I want to launch a straightforward yet engaging web experience where visitors can pick a dress, choose their size, play with colour swatches and pattern variations, then drop a photo straight from their device to see an instant, on-model preview of themselves wearing the garment. The preview must update in real time—no noticeable delay—so the site feels as close to an in-store fitting mirror as possible.

Core flow
• Catalogue page shows available dresses.
• Product page opens a lightweight configurator that exposes the three options I need—size, colour, and design pattern—followed by an image-upload field.
• Once the photo arrives, an on-the-fly rendering layer composites the selected dress onto the customer image. (OpenCV, [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or similar WebGL / canvas tech is fine; I’m open to your preferred stack as long as the result is smooth on modern browsers and mobile.)
• Customers can rotate back to the option panel at any time; every tweak must refresh the overlay instantly.

Design & usability
Clean, clothing-brand aesthetic with intuitive controls. Responsive layout is mandatory; most traffic will be mobile.

Security & privacy
Uploaded photos stay in the user’s session and are purged automatically—no server storage unless we explicitly decide to cache for checkout in a later phase.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional front-end (HTML5/CSS/JS or React/Vue) with real-time dress overlay.
2. Simple admin JSON / database seed so I can add new dresses, colour hex codes and pattern files myself.
3. Short deployment guide plus reference links to any open-source libraries you integrate.
4. Demo URL or video walkthrough proving the live preview speed.
