"I have a stack of invoices and an exported set of financials that need to turn into a clean, reconciled AR & AP report within the next 24 hours. The finished file must be delivered in CSV format and PDF import neatly into my QuickBooks Online dashboard, so please be comfortable with the QBO API or any other connector you prefer.

Here’s what the report must contain: customer / vendor names, invoice dates, and payment status for every transaction. I also need the data tagged so I can filter in QuickBooks by date range and by customer or vendor type. All source invoices will be waiting for you in a single shared folder; part of the job is to organise them before running your automation.

I’m looking for someone who can spin up a lightweight AI-driven or scripted workflow—Python with pandas, Power Query, Zapier, Make, or any comparable tool—so that the process can be repeated next month without starting from scratch.

Deliverables (inside the 24-hour window):
• One reconciled AR/AP CSV ready for direct upload to QBO
• The code / automation file and a quick “how-to-run” note so I can reuse it
