What has to be working before we go live:

• Real-time inventory management that updates stock automatically and warns me when items run low.

Alongside those essentials, you’ll connect payment gateways, set up tax and shipping rules, check responsiveness on mobile, and apply basic on-page SEO so the catalogue is crawl-ready. I’ll supply all copy, imagery and product data; you focus on the build, testing and fine-tuning.
