"I’m ready to move our day-to-day operations into one seamless platform that runs everywhere—web browser, iPhone, Android handset, and desktop. The system has to feel like a single product even though it spans multiple devices, with real-time data flowing between each front end.

Core scope
• Staff module: roster creation, drag-and-drop scheduling, and a built-in chat/announcement feed so managers and employees can stay in sync without jumping to a separate app.
• Inventory module: live stock counts, automatic restock alerts, and supplier records tied directly to each SKU.
• Payroll: the usual calculations, deductions, and export to popular accounting packages.
• Floor-plan management: a visual interface where I can lay out workstations or storage areas, link them to staff or inventory, and make changes that reflect instantly across the system.

Technical expectations
I’m open to the stack you feel delivers the smoothest cross-platform experience—React or Vue for the web, Flutter or React Native for mobile, Electron or .NET MAUI for desktop, with a single code-base where practical. Secure authentication, role-based access, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) are must-haves; offline resilience on mobile is a big plus.

Deliverables
1. Web application deployed to our cloud tenant
2. Native iOS and Android builds published to TestFlight / internal testing tracks
3. Desktop installer for Windows (Mac optional, welcomed)
4. Source code, build scripts, and basic deployment documentation
