"I need a secure, browser-based system that lets people move money from a local bank account into USD, EUR, or GBP and then pay it out to an international bank account or card. The entire flow must live on the web—no mobile app for now—so a clean, responsive interface is essential.

Core workflow
• Users create an account, clear a short KYC flow, and protect access with mandatory two-factor authentication (email + OTP or authenticator app).
• They link a local bank, choose USD, EUR, or GBP, see live rates and fees, and confirm the exchange.
• Behind the scenes the platform calls the local banking API for the debit, applies the FX rate, and triggers a SWIFT/SEPA or card push-payment to the destination.
• Users can track status in real time and download receipts.

What I expect from you
1. Full-stack web build (tech stack is your choice, but it must be future-proof and well-documented).
2. Integration points for at least one open-banking provider on the source side and one payout rail (SWIFT, SEPA, or Visa Direct) on the destination side.
3. Admin dashboard to adjust fees, view transaction logs, and export compliance reports.
4. Clear instructions for deployment on a standard cloud host plus a brief test plan that proves USD/EUR/GBP exchanges work end-to-end in sandbox mode.
