1. Is the current system already integrated with Instagram, or will this be a new integration?
The system is already fully integrated with Instagram. It is a working model where all modules are based on Instagram’s functionality. We use in-house bots to perform actions such as:

Scraping DMs

Sending messages via DM

Deleting users who have blocked us

Scraping Instagram bios from collected data

2. Do you have specific performance benchmarks or scalability goals in mind?
Yes.
Currently, each system can handle up to 40 Instagram accounts, and we operate with 30 locally hosted systems, totaling 1,200 accounts.
Our goal is to scale each system to support 125 accounts, bringing the total to 3,750 accounts.
We also want to upgrade the existing system to align with Instagram’s latest updates and environment, ensuring long-term stability and performance without errors.

3. Are there any existing bottlenecks or issues in the current setup that we should prioritize?
There are no major issues currently — the system is working as expected and has been running for the past 10 months.
Our priority is to scale the system and ensure it continues to perform efficiently as we increase capacity and update to match Instagram's latest environment.

4. Will we be working directly on your production environment or a staging/testing environment first?
This is a live, production system hosted locally (not on any cloud or remote server).
You can begin directly with the upgrade and scaling process.

5. Are there any compliance or security considerations (e.g., Instagram API rate limits, data protection policies) we should be aware of?
Yes.
We want to ensure that:

All Instagram accounts remain secure

No accounts are flagged or banned

The system remains compliant with Instagram’s evolving API and usage policies

There are currently no issues, but as part of the upgrade, we want the system to stay safe and future-proof.

6. Do we have any timeline in mind?
Yes, we are looking to upgrade and scale the system as soon as possible.
