Full-Stack Development & Environment Contractor (AI-Enhanced CRM, AWS)
Overview
We are seeking a versatile Full-Stack Development Contractor to support the development, deployment, and evaluation of our AI-enhanced CRM system, hosted in the AWS cloud environment with both web dashboard UIand mobile applications. This role will focus on hands-on coding (backend and frontend), environment bring-up, and thorough testing/evaluation of the existing solution to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance in both development and production.
Key Responsibilities
Environment Bring-Up & Validation
Stand up and configure development, staging, and production environments in AWS.
Ensure CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment processes are fully functional.
Validate infrastructure readiness, integrations, and performance across environments.
System Evaluation & Testing (Engineering-Focused)
Perform end-to-end evaluation of the CRM solution across web and mobile platforms.
Test AI-driven features, backend services, and cloud integrations under real-world scenarios.
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and vulnerabilities, and propose code-level or architectural fixes.
Conduct performance, scalability, and reliability assessments — not as a separate tester, but as an engineering owner.
Backend Development
Contribute to and enhance backend services, APIs, and integrations.
Debug and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and robustness.
Optimize backend for scalability and security in an AWS-hosted environment.
Frontend & Mobile Development
Develop and maintain the web dashboard UI and mobile application (iOS/Android).
Implement features, resolve UI/UX issues, and ensure responsive performance.
Work closely with designers and stakeholders to refine the user experience.
Collaboration & Communication
Share findings, issues, and enhancements with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews, sprint discussions, and architecture sessions.
Provide clear documentation for environment setup, system evaluation, and technical changes.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in full-stack development (backend + frontend).
Strong hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).
Proficiency in backend frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
Experience in mobile app development (native or cross-platform like React Native/Flutter).
Background in system evaluation, performance testing, and environment validation.
Ability to debug and troubleshoot across dev, staging, and production environments.
Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
Experience with AI/ML integration in production-grade applications.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Strong skills in API design and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
Agile/Scrum workflow experience.
