I am looking for a developer to build an app or system that automates sending RCS messages through the Google Messages app.

Key Requirements:

1. The system should accept a list of phone numbers as input.


2. It should automatically initiate conversations and send a predefined message (with optional file attachments).


3. Messages should be sent only to recipients with active RCS enabled.


4. Must generate a comprehensive report showing:

Total numbers processed

How many messages were successfully sent via RCS

How many failed due to non-active RCS



5. The system should allow:

Customizable delay/timing between each message

Automatic rest/pause after a set number of messages (user-defined)



6. The process should send to all numbers in the list (no skipping).


7. Ability to create and manage multiple pre-saved message templates and select which template to send.


8. Should work seamlessly with Google Messages on Android devices.


9. Fully automated once initiated (no manual intervention).


10. Lightweight, stable, and error-free.
