"Key Features & Responsibilities
1. Sales & Transaction Management
- Develop a user-friendly dedicated iOS app ensuring smooth transaction processing.
- Clean and intuitive interface for fast and efficient checkout, following all the functionality of
Loyverse and the features listed below.
- Product Search: Search by product name, SKU, or barcode (SKU, EAN/UPC) scanning.
- Cart Management: Add/remove products, change quantities.
- Multi-store support: The app must connect to two different WooCommerce websites, each with
different currencies (GBP & EUR) and product lists. (Optional for now)
- Accept payments via SumUp and Stripe card readers, with the ability to provide full or partial
refunds via SumUp, Stripe, cash, and bank transfer.
- Refunds processed in the iOS app must automatically reflect in WooCommerce, generating a
credit note.
- Support split payments: Allow customers to split payments between multiple installments and
between cash and card (Loyverse style).
- Save and manage tickets: Ability to save orders as tickets for later processing and print tickets
(similar to Loyverse ticket synchronization functionality).
- Display clear pricing information to customers on a separate screen (e.g., iPad display).
- Customizable receipts and invoices including Company logo, address, VAT number, client info,
tax
details, and barcode.
- VAT validation: Validate VAT numbers and monthly re-validation for returning EU business
customers.
- Discount system at checkout: Apply custom/percentage/predefined discounts; exclude from
specific categories.
- Ability to apply multiple VAT rates and manually remove tax at checkout.
- Quick-access product categories and predefined shipping costs (exempt from discounts and
VAT).
2. Inventory & Product Management
- Real-time inventory tracking across stores.
- VAT/Tax synchronization from WooCommerce (EUR 4%/21%, UK 0%/20% optional).
- Stock alerts, offline mode, Add/Edit products (optional), label printing, manual adjustments,
event-based stock tracking.
- Centralized inventory for multiple locations.
3. WooCommerce Integration
- Real-time synchronization of orders, discounts, VAT, customer data.
- Record Company Name & VAT Number on checkout.
- VAT validation via VIES API or WooCommerce EU VAT Plugin.
