* Build long-term partnerships with enterprises, agencies, and outsourcing clients.
* Collaborate with our engineering team to align client needs with solutions.
Requirements
* 5+ years in **IT/software services business development or sales
* Proven record of closing **high-value B2B deals
* Strong network in **European tech/startup/enterprise ecosystems
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Familiarity with SaaS, automation, or IT outsourcing projects is a plus.
