"We are a leading digital performance agency based in Israel, managing hundreds of campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Taboola, and Outbrain.

Our goal is to build an intelligent automation system in n8n that can:
1. Launch lead generation campaigns automatically (including Lead Forms and CRM integrations).
2. Run advanced optimizations like a human PPC expert – but enhanced with AI agents capable of analyzing vast amounts of data and drawing actionable conclusions.

We are looking for a senior freelancer with proven experience in both PPC performance marketing and automation/AI development.

Requirements:
• Strong background in PPC campaign management (Meta Ads / Google Ads), including Lead Gen and CRM integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Marketing API and/or Google Ads API.
• Proven expertise in n8n: building complex workflows, integrations, and Webhooks.
• Solid coding skills (JavaScript / Python) for custom n8n extensions.
• Knowledge of integrating AI models (LLMs, OpenAI, custom agents) into automation workflows.
• Deep understanding of performance KPIs: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Auction Overlap, Ad Quality metrics.
• Bonus: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce) and API integrations.

Key Tasks:
1. Build automation flows to create and manage Lead Ad campaigns, including form creation and CRM integration.
2. Develop an Optimization Agent that collects campaign data, analyzes performance (CPM, CTR, Frequency, Quality Rank, etc.), and makes decisions (pause, budget reallocation, creative refresh).
3. Integrate AI models to generate insights and recommendations, enabling semi-automated or fully automated campaign optimization.
4. Provide clear documentation of architecture, rules, and optimization logic.
