"We are NavRasa IT Solutions, a Jaipur-based IT company offering digital transformation, SaaS development, AI/ML solutions, e-commerce, and cloud services.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Expert / Business Development Freelancer who can bring qualified B2B leads and convert them into business opportunities for our company. This role is commission-based (15% per closed deal) with no cap — the more business you generate, the more you earn.

Your Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients in IT, SaaS, e-commerce, and enterprise sectors.

Run outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other lead generation channels.

Qualify leads and set appointments with decision-makers.

Work closely with our sales team to hand over verified leads.

Provide weekly updates on progress.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in lead generation or business development (preferably in IT/tech services).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot), and email automation.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Compensation:

15% commission per closed deal (no limit on earnings).
