"We’re building a cross-platform sports team management app. Managers create teams and events, players RSVP IN/OUT, and the system auto-reminds non-responders via push, email, and SMS.

Managers: simple roster + attendance.
Players: dead-simple RSVP.
Compliance: consent logging + unsubscribes.

MVP scope:
- Apps: iOS (15+) + Android (8.0+) in React Native (Expo), plus small Web Admin.
- RSVP & Events: create/manage events, binary RSVP only, reminders at T-48h/T-24h/T-8h.
- Notifications: push via Firebase, email via AWeber/Beehiiv (fallback SES/Postmark), SMS via Twilio/Telnyx.
- Payments: initial launch uses App Store + Google Play subscriptions only.
- Analytics: Firebase + GA4.
- Database: Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security.
- Readiness: app store submission, policies/disclosures, crash/error monitoring.
