"I need a short 2-D cartoon animation that guides children through the first-time use of my mobile app. The focus is a friendly, easy-to-follow user tutorial, not a sales piece, so every scene should clearly show the real app screens while a cheerful mascot demonstrates the taps and swipes.

Scope
• Run-time: about 60-90 seconds, sized for portrait mobile (1080 × 1920).
• Visuals: bright, playful cartoon style with simple backgrounds so the screens stay readable.
• Flow: intro splash → step-by-step navigation (login, main menu, first activity) → fun “you’re all set!” outro.
• Audio: light background music plus child-friendly voice-over (English). If you can’t record VO, let me know and I’ll supply it.
• Deliverables: final MP4 ready to upload, layered source file (After Effects, Animate, or similar) so I can swap screenshots when the app updates.

I’ll provide the storyboard, screenshots, brand colours and mascot sketches. What I need from you is polished character animation, smooth UI transitions, and simple text call-outs timed to the narration.
