Project description:
"I need an Android application that behaves like a virtual Bluetooth weighing scale. Instead of reading from a hardware load cell, I will type a weight value into a simple interface and tap “Send.” The app must immediately transmit that value over Bluetooth to a paired mobile device that is already running its own weight-scale client. My focus is transmit-only; the companion device will handle reception and display.

Core flow
• User launches the app, pairs or reconnects to the target phone via Bluetooth Classic SPP or BLE (whichever you recommend for fastest integration).
• User enters a number, presses send, and the payload is dispatched in a lightweight custom format we will finalise together (not JSON, XML, or plain text—most likely a short byte array or delimited string compatible with common scale protocols).
• Connection status and simple error feedback are shown on-screen.

Deliverables
– Signed APK plus full Android Studio project with readable, well-commented Kotlin or Java code.
– Brief README that documents the data packet structure, pairing steps, and any BLE characteristics or UUIDs used.
– A quick demo clip or screenshots proving successful transmission to another phone.
