"I need a fully functional Flutter-based mobile app (Right-to-Left layout – Arabic) for a recycling pilot project with around 30 households. The app should integrate with Ethereum smart contracts (ERC-20 tokens) and include a simple reward/penalty mechanism.
Core Features:
Households:
• Log in via WalletConnect
• Submit recycling requests
• View token balance and weekly reward/penalty outcomes
Drivers:
• View assigned requests
• Record collected weights
Admin Panel:
• Configure weekly settings
• Assign households to groups
• Trigger weekly settlements
• Export data (CSV)
Requirements:
Clean and simple Flutter app design (mobile-friendly).
Integration with Ethereum blockchain (Testnet).
Source code must be delivered open-source for future adjustments.
Clear documentation for setup and usage.
Payment:
The project will be split into two milestones:
Initial UI + WalletConnect + Core Features.
