"Car Service AI – MVP Blueprint (Phase 1)

Objective: Build a WhatsApp based AI assistant for car service garages using GoHighLevel (GHL), n8n, and WhatsApp API. The system should capture customer info through WhatsApp, book service appointments automatically, save customer data in GHL CRM (no Google Sheets), handle missed calls by starting a WhatsApp conversation, remember past conversations so data is not asked twice, and handle after service engagement including reviews, Google Maps rating, and reminders for the next service.

Functional Requirements:
1. WhatsApp AI Chatbot: Triggered by incoming WhatsApp message or missed phone call. Bot starts a natural conversation and collects customer info (Name, Phone Number, Plate Number, Kilometers, Preferred Date and Time, Type of Service). It books the appointment and confirms via WhatsApp.
2. GHL CRM and Custom Fields: Create custom fields in GHL (name, phone, plate_number, kilometers, preferred_date, service_type). All customer data is stored only in GHL.
3. Calendar Integration: Connect booking flow to GHL Calendar. Customer selects available slot or system assigns. Auto WhatsApp confirmation with booking details.
4. Missed Call Automation: If a call is missed, AI chatbot sends WhatsApp message. Flow: “Sorry we missed your call. Do you want to book a service?” It collects info, books appointment, and saves to GHL.
5. Conversation Memory: AI checks GHL CRM for existing customer. If exists, reuse stored data (do not ask again). If multiple missed calls happen, avoid duplicate conversations.
6. After Service Engagement: Once appointment is marked complete in GHL, AI sends WhatsApp message asking “How was your service?”, encourages Google Maps review, and saves feedback inside GHL. Service reminders are based on each customer’s preferred service cycle (example 3 months or 5000 km). AI sends WhatsApp reminder when due and offers to book next appointment.

Technical Stack: GHL for CRM, calendar, WhatsApp integration, contact storage. n8n for workflow automation (WhatsApp API to GHL automation). WhatsApp Business API via 360dialog, DoubleTick, or Gupshup (must support UAE numbers).

Deliverables: Fully working MVP with WhatsApp chatbot flow live, GHL form plus custom fields plus calendar linked, missed call automation, conversation memory logic, and after service engagement with reminders. Documentation for reusing setup across multiple garages.
