"I have a concise utility-style TV application to build and I need someone who is already at home in both Android TV (Kotlin or Java, Leanback, ExoPlayer where relevant) and Samsung’s Tizen Studio. The goal is to deliver a single code-base—or two tightly aligned native projects—that behave identically on each platform, making the user experience feel seamless whether the app is launched on a Shield or on a recent Samsung Smart TV.

Because platform parity is critical, I’m specifically interested in developers who can show solid, hands-on experience shipping to BOTH ecosystems. If you have only mobile or only one TV platform under your belt, this project will not be a fit.

What you’ll do
• Walk me through the best architecture to keep maintenance low while respecting each platform’s guidelines.
• Build the core utility functions (I’ll share the exact feature set once we’ve spoken; nothing media-heavy, but it does require native device API access).
• Package, sign and prepare the apps so they are store-ready for Google Play (Android TV) and Samsung sellers.

Acceptance is simple: the APK and Tizen TPK must pass store validation, run smoothly on a real Android TV box and a recent Samsung set, and match the agreed UI/UX spec.
