This application aims to streamline the planning, management, and monitoring of the entire production process and operations for a medium-scale B2B bakery. It covers recipe management, base product and packaged product definition, production planning with batch-specific parameters, inventory control, and distribution management.

2. App Definition
The Bakery Production Management application is designed to:

Manage Recipes: Create, store, and manage bread and other bakery recipes, including ingredient specifications and baker's percentages (dough types). A recipe is a formula to be used later on, to calculate the actual weighing quantities, after creating a specific batch that will be calculated based on the quantities of the BaseProducts, that will be entered for the certainBatch. Each Recipe has properties of a Recipe name (practically the dough name) and a specific version of the Recipe. The combination of recipe name and version together make a unique key, and it's possible to have several versions of a recipe with the same name.

Define Base Products: Define specific baked goods derived from recipes, with specifications for size, weight, and finishing.

Define Packaged Products: Define how base products are packaged for sale, including packaging type and sales unit information.

Plan Production: Schedule production batches with specific parameters for each process, manage capacity, and define the base products to be manufactured.

Manage Inventory: Track raw ingredients, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory levels.

Manage Distribution: Create and manage delivery routes, and track delivery status.

Monitor Production: Record production progress, track yields, and identify potential issues, including adherence to batch-specific parameters.

Manage Operations: Oversee various operational aspects, potentially including equipment maintenance, staff scheduling (basic), and quality control.
